How To Crochet Complete Flock Of Adorable Birds

How to Crochet Flock oF Parrots

Materials

  • 8 ply 100% acrylic yarn (white, yellow, gray)
  • Pair of 9mm safety eyes
  • 3.5mm crochet hook
  • Scissors
  • Pins and needles
  • Stuffing

  1. Magic Ring: Start with a magic ring of 6 single crochet.
  2. Increase to 12: Work 6 increases to get up to 12 stitches.

    • Work a picot in the front loop of the stitch.
    • Work 3 more loops into the same stitch.
    • Change back to white for the head.
  8. Single Crochet (Gray): 14 single crochet around in white.
  9. Lower Beak: Work 6 single crochet, change to gray in the 6th stitch.
    • Work a 2 double crochet cluster into each of the next 2 stitches.
    • Change back to white and work 13 single crochet back to start.
    • Trim off gray.

  14. Leg Section:
    • 5 single crochet, increase x3, decrease x2, then single crochet around.
    • Continue shaping with similar increases and decreases for the legs.

Step 1

Constructing the Feet
