Dixie the Dragonfly Pattern
Materials Needed:

Head:
- Start with Color B yarn:

- Rounds 4-9: SC in each stitch around (24 stitches).

- Insert Safety Eyes and Stuffing:
- Place safety eyes between rounds 7 and 8, spacing them 5-6 stitches apart.
- Ensure to adequately stuff the head before closing.
- Round 11:

Body:
- Using the chosen body color:
- Round 1: Magic ring, 4 SC into the ring.

- Round 5: Decrease in each stitch around (4 stitches).
- Repeat Bulb Pattern:

- Finishing:

Face Shaping:
- Using black yarn:
- Insert needle beside the top of one eye, come out by the other eye, return by going under the eye stitches.
- Tighten to create eye indentations. Secure with a knot.
- Create a smile by inserting the needle into the bottom of round 8 below one eye across to the same spot on the other side, and then centered below (optional: use fabric pens for positioning and symmetry).
- Highlight eyes with white yarn if desired.
Wings (Make 2 Large and 2 Small):
- Large Wing:
- Start with a magic ring, 4 SC in ring.
- Round 2: SC, increase around (6 stitches).
- Round 3: SC around (6 stitches).
- Round 4: SC, increase around (9 stitches).
- Continue increasing until you have the desired size and shape.
- Small Wing:
- Similar to the large wing but smaller, repeating fewer rounds for less diameter.
- Assembling Wings:

Antennas:
- Using wing color:
- Magic ring, 4 SC in ring.

- Change to head color, SC 4 for three more rounds.
- Shape slightly curved using white yarn, then sew to the top of the head.
Final Assembly:
