  3. Double Crochet: Skip the first two chains. In the third chain, make 2 double crochets.

  6. Join: To finish, make a slip stitch in the second chain of the starting chain 2. You should have a total of 22 double crochets.

Round 2:

  1. Start: Chain 2.
  2. Increase: Make 2 double crochets in each of the first two stitches.
  3. Next Stitches: Make 8 double crochets.
  4. Increase: Make 2 double crochets in each of the next three stitches.

Round 3:
