Making Your Crochet Cute Pierogi Amigurumi

Materials

Yarn: Super bulky yarn (6) in Cream.
Pink and black.
Hook: 6.50mm
Black 16mm Safety eyes x 2
Poly fibre filling
Yarn Needle

ST-Stitches
MR - Magic Ring
SC - Single Crochet
INC - Increase
DEC - Decrease
CH - Chain
F/O - Finish off

Step by step Pattern

Round 1: With cream (or main colour of choice) 6
SC in MR (6)
Round 2: INC around. (12)
Round 3: *SC INC* around x6. (18)
Round 4: *SC2 INC* around. (24)
Round 5: SC3 INC around. (30)
Round 6: *SC4 INC* around. (36)
Round 7: SC around. (36)
Round 8: With the circle now folder together, line up the stitches. Here, you will SC across BOTH stitches to join & close the top. (17)At the end of this row
CH1 and turn.
Round 9: Into st number one, SC3, then SS into the next st. Repeat across ending on a SC3, FO.

Finishing: Weave the tail through the bottom of the pierogi and exit the far side. Cut tail.

Fold the circle in half and insert 16mm safety eyes
about 2 with 6ST between. This doesn't need to
be exact. Place them where it looks good. Attach backs on safety eyes to secure.
Mouth: Embroider with a piece of black scrap yarn. (see photos.) Go straight across in line with eyes or just below. Bring yarn out from the 1st down. Take up through mouth line on the outside, turn and return to place need back tough the exact spot you came out. Adjust for a smile and tie-off.
With a piece of scrap yarn, embroider the cheeks between rows just under the centre of the eye across 2ST.
Add a small amount of stuffing and continue with the pattern.
