COLLAR

Return to round 4 and work flo. Turn the head upside
down and face the bottom of
the head where you
started; take your hook and insert it in a front loop.
The tip of your hook must be pointing at the centre of mc.

EARS

1) Sc 6 in mc (6), ch 2, sc in 2nd ch from hook,sl st in 1st st. FO and leave a long tail to sew the ears on the head.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE

Embroider the eyes with black yarn in round 10, leaving 8 sts between them.
Embroider the nose with skin colour between rounds 9-10.
Embroider with brown colour the fringe as shown in the first picture.
The top of the fringe must be between rounds 14-15, and hide it when sewing the hat on the head.
Sew the ears on both sides of the head, leaving the pointy edge without sewing.
Sew a little bell on the tip of the hat so it can jingle, and add a piece of yarn on the top of the head to hang the elf ornament on the Christmas tree. And you are done!!! Hope you had fun!!
